UK doom trio Twilight's Embrace have emerged from the darkness!

Entitled Penance, the self-produced EP is set for release 23rd February. It spans 4 epic death doom soundscapes, reminiscent of genre pioneers including Katatonia, November's Doom, Agalloch and more. There's also a hint towards Paradise Lost, with a cover of 'It's Too Late' from 1999's Host. "For Twilight's Embrace to cover a Paradise Lost song is a natural move. Given the classic Peaceville act's obvious influence on the band. But by picking a softer song from the largely electronic album, there was both a greater opportunity to both put Twilight's Embrace's personal stamp on it. And maybe give fans a taste of what Paradise Lost might have sounded like in those days had they not gone so deeply into the lands of synthesisers."
Penance will be available on CD and on all major download and streaming platforms. It is also available to pre-order here: https://twilightsembrace.bandcamp.com
