The Elephant Trees reveals story behind new single

Manchester alt-rockers The Elephant Trees have recently released their new single Open Up! This song is now available on all digital platforms. Indeed, Open Up is full of big riffs and raw lyrics that celebrate the freedom of being your true self. This single follows airplay with Virgin Radio, BBC Introducing, as well as an European tour with Boyce Avenue.
"Open Up is story of falling in love with someone when you're not ready to fall” explains singer & songwriter Martha Phillips. “Instead of living in denial, it's an encouragement to go with the flow, embrace and celebrate it.”

Despite only releasing their debut single, the band has amassed an impressive list of accolades and achievements. Indeed, the video for the band’s most recent single Monster received over 25,000 views inside a few days of release.

We believe that Open Up will cement the band's position as one of the most explosive new alternative bands in the UK. You should definitely keep an eye on them!
