Learn the story behind Runaway Ricochet's single 'Instead'

Runaway Ricochet is an evolving project from St. Paul Minnesota, working to bring ska back into a commonly consumed genre. Their inspirations indeed range from acoustic, folk, reggae, punk, hardcore, and rock. Last month, the band unveiled music video for single 'Instead', taken from their album 'All You Need Is Here'.
“I wrote that song about how people can get caught up in thinking about the past. And everything they could have done instead of acting in the present to change the situation they're in. This is a topic I think many people can relate to, as hindsight has 20/20 vision. With our music, we try to put a modern spin on the traditional Ska/Punk sound.”
