Greg Rekus announces new tour dates for January 2019!

With an acoustic guitar in his hands and a giant stomp box under his feet, Winnipeg’s GREG REKUS delivers his own unique brand of punk rock-infused folk music guaranteed to shake rafters, move floorboards. And get even the most stoic of concert-goers out of their seats. Greg Rekus













After a successful 2018 Fall tour, obviously nothing can stop Greg, as he is about to hit the road again in 2019! All dates can indeed be found on the official tour poster.
On this tour announcement, Rekus comments:
“Fall 2018 tour was amazing! I got to do the majority of it with Paige Beller from Dayton OH. She is mega talented, funny, she has great taste in podcasts and is a great person to tour with. The highlight of the tour was probably The Fest in Gainesville FL. So many friends in one place at one time so you just know the show will be good. On top of that, one of my fav bands of all time, The Get Up Kids played, which made my year pretty much!  Jan/Feb 2019, I'm heading out West all the way to Vancouver, then down the West coast till San Diego, playing almost 30 shows. I'll be hitting up all my usual spots as well as a few new ones. Most day will consist of hanging out with some good friends, drinking some beers, playing rad shows and escaping the dreaded Winnipeg winter.  The highlight of the tour however will be the final 3 shows in Hawaii. It's my second time to the Islands and can't wait to see the friends I had made again and soak up some sun! This short tour, along with the other one in Spring will however be the last tours for a while... I'm actually planning on taking off the rest of 2019 to work on a new record! If you are a fan of the “Punkoustic”, then, this is the tour to come see me on.
