Generation Underground release their new EP “Kold Blooded Vol. 1”

Bouncing between beat poet-style spoken word and harsh screams, Generation Underground have released their new EP “Kold Blooded Vol. 1” on April 20th. The record is the first half of a two-part series with "Vol. 2" out in April 2022. Generation Underground
Band picture: credit to the owner “We started writing the record in August 2018 before our first album was even released,” says vocalist/guitarist Mike Florentine. “It was written during a very dark time in my life and the lyrics and the mood of the music definitely show in the album.” A cathartic exploration of a broken home, lead single “Broken Life” encapsulates one’s struggle through evocative lyrics and harsh guitar riffs. “The song is about my close friends growing up in broken house & dealing with divorce, death, betrayal & drugs,” says Florentine.
